Aboyne Outfit
BRAND NEW adult-sized Aboyne costume, skirt and sash only (with optional underskirt) made by Braveheart.
Skirt and sash are made of the new Alberta tartan (predominantly emerald green) in polyester-viscose.
Skirt currently measures 56cm (22 inches) from top of waistband to top of knee, and has about 15cm (6 inches) in the hem.
The waistband fastens with a hook and bar (two of them) and presently fits waist size 84cm (33 inches),
but can go to about 78cm up to 94cm by moving the hook and bar. The skirt is made with four metres of fabric,
so it's very full; however, it's lightly pleated at the top, rather than gathered,
so there's enough fullness without all the bulk at the waistline.
The underskirt is plain white poly-cotton, no lace or ribbon, and can be included at customer's request for the same price.
Asking price is $80.00 (Canadian) and is negotiable, plus shipping from British Columbia.
There is also a used (worn twice) waistcoat that is a rather good match in forest green velveteen that can be sold together.
It has round petals and fastens with velcro in the front.
The waistcoat is not professionally made, does not have "princess seems," and interfacing is quite stiff.
Price for this outfit including waistcoat is $90 (Canadian), plus shipping from British Columbia.
